About this Project

Ariva Phase 6 was a larger project that included Gyp-crete, Acousti-Mat, and Hardrock concrete. Two inches of Hardrock concrete was poured in several areas throughout the buildings. Because Hardrock concrete can withstand outside elements, we installed concrete in the exterior breezeways, townhouse stair treads, and stair landings.
