At a young age, Terry always took an interest in construction and began his career as a freshman working weekends and summers for a local contractor.  Once out of High School, Terry continued in the construction industry, working nights, weekends, and any other time he could in between going to college.  Not knowing he needed a change, Terry was introduced to the owner of Sound Crete through some mutual friends.  After a few casual meetings, he was offered an entry-level position to learn the business to one day be in sales and account management.  Since jumping at the opportunity, Terry worked in all aspects of the company, and 20 years later, he has grown into his current role and continues to oversee and manage all aspects of the business.

Adrian started as a field employee in 2006. He worked his way through different departments broadening his knowledge before entering the sales department where he does a little of everything, from sales and consulting to estimating and project management.

One of the newest members of our SC Sales team, Josh has been in the industry since college. He started off in his construction career in a commercial roofing manufacturing company. Years later he found himself moving out to Arizona where he currently represents the SC team as one of the Arizona Sales/Account Managers.

Justin is a third-generation employee with the SC Team.  Starting right out of high school as a warehouse employee Justin has worked in several departments over the years and briefly took a few years hiatus and worked outside the company to obtain additional skills and experience.  Upon his return, Justin spent most of his time in the field and assisting the superintendents in preparing him for his current duties.  His everyday responsibilities include estimating and assistant account manager for the sales team.

Starting in construction with his dad Martin was first introduced to the concrete and gypcrete industry in 1980 in Denver, Colorado.  A few years later, Martin migrated to Southern California, where he joined the SC in July of 1986.  He currently holds the crown as the longest-tenured employee on the team while being a cornerstone for the growth and stability at SC. After working on every crew and division in the company, Martin enjoys his current role as the Senior Superintendent of the concrete division overs seeing all concrete projects companywide.

Jonathan has been with the SC team since 2005.  Starting as general labor, Jonathan took every opportunity to learn and climb the ladder, never saying no to an opportunity or a chance to grow.  After working on the crews, spending time as a foreman, and overseeing quality control, he landed in his current position.  As a superintendent, Jonathan is responsible for job walks before scheduling and quality with the general contractors and helps manage the day-to-day operation and direction of the foreman and crews.  Jonathan also assumes the lead training superintendent for the Gyp-Crete Crews, where he spends most of his time traveling between the various locations training superintendents and foremen.
