About this Project

One job site. Three scopes. One team handling all of them. 

We’re back on-site at Sidney P. Osborne, working alongside Gorman on the next stage of this build. Earlier this year, our crew poured tub decks and dead-space fill. Now we’re pouring stair treads and balconies. This is all part of the same multi-scope project spanning Gypcrete, concrete, and waterproofing. 

That’s the difference for a GC who works with Sound Crete: one relationship covering three scopes on one schedule, instead of coordinating three separate subs.
