Tom’s journey in construction began right after high school, working on demolition and remodeling projects for custom homes in Coronado, CA. Over the years, he developed a broad skill set across both the contracting and supplier sides of the industry. In 2014, Tom joined the SC team in San Diego, where he took over an established book of business and successfully grew it into a thriving division.

In 2017, Tom embraced a new challenge and relocated to Arizona to lead the floor division. After years of steady growth and team development, he was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2025. In this role, Tom continues to drive progress, build high-performing teams, and lay the groundwork for future expansion as he works toward the next chapter in his career.

Savannah  is the Sales and Marketing Manager Since starting with SCC in 2017 as a Contracts Administrator, she’s worked her way through multiple departments, gaining valuable experience along the way. Today, Savannah supports our sales teams in every way she can and leads our marketing efforts across all social media platforms, helping showcase the hard work, growth, and culture that make SCC stand out.

Cole brings over 13 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, beginning his career in roofing before transitioning into gypsum underlayments over the past year. He’s built a reputation for his strong client rapport and commitment to finding practical, effective solutions on every job. Cole prides himself on being a dependable problem-solver and a trusted resource for clients and team members alike.

Diana has been with the company for 2.5 years and plays a vital role in supporting our Arizona office. She handles a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including onsite HR tasks, assisting with dispatch, supporting the sales team, item pricing, and helping with inventory. Through her time here, Diana has learned just how high-risk the construction industry can be, and she takes pride in doing everything she can to support our field crews. She understands the importance of clear communication between our crews, office staff, and management, and works hard to keep everyone connected and moving forward.

Mike has been part of the industry since 1997, starting out on the crews and working his way up through hard work and hands-on experience. He joined our team in 2012 and brings a deep understanding of the field to every project. Mike takes pride in delivering great service and values the satisfaction that comes from helping customers get exactly what they need. Over the years, he’s learned just how small and connected this industry is—something that drives his commitment to honesty, reliability, and strong relationships.

Josh is our Preconstruction Manager, leading the Preconstruction and Estimating teams for our floor division. His responsibilities range from managing submittals and estimating forms to overseeing takeoffs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. With 15 years of technological experience, Josh has been instrumental in streamlining workflows and improving team productivity. He also supports as a member of our Southern California sales team, bringing his expertise and innovative approach to help drive continued growth.

Julia is an important member of our production team, supporting Becky Gutierrez in managing workflows and schedules. Before joining production, she worked in contracts, which gave her a strong foundation and added knowledge that she now applies to coordinating projects. She helps ensure that dispatch teams in Southern California run smoothly and efficiently, coordinating resources and assisting with project planning. Julia’s attention to detail and collaborative approach contribute to keeping projects on track and maintaining high standards of quality.

With Approximatly 30 years of experience in construction, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to his role. He has been working with gypsum underlayment for the past three years, where he’s found a passion for problem-solving and building strong relationships with clients. Mike appreciates how tight-knit and connected this industry is, which motivates him to provide thoughtful, dependable service every day.
