About this Project

This was a combined project with Gypcrete in the interior areas on the second through fourth floors in three different buildings. Acoustical sound mats were used at the hard surface areas of units and miscellaneous rooms. Concrete and a waterproofing membrane were installed in 92 different private balconies between the second and fourth floors.
