About this Project
The Watermark Tempe project consists of two phases of multiple mixed-use buildings, totaling 81,000 square feet. A project of this size allowed the installation of cementitious and intumescent fireproofing, K13 spray-on insulation, and lightweight insulating concrete on roof decks.
