Sound Crete Contractors Inc. is a highly respected subcontractor and installer of lightweight gypsum underlayment, acoustical sound mats, floor leveling compounds, waterproofing systems, lightweight concrete, and hard-rock concrete in the construction industry. You will be joining a successful organization that prides itself in providing our operational staff a climate of fairness and respect and will work hard to gain your respect and trust.

We are looking for full-time talented skilled tradesmen for:

• Waterproofing — fluid/liquid applied over wood framing at upper floors.
• Flashing — Galvanized and Bonderized metal flashing installed prior to waterproofing.
• Deck/Traffic Coatings — Standard Knockdown Finish — WestCoat, ExcelCoat, StoneEdge, and ITW.

Compensation

• Starting pay at $20/hr for Flashers
• Starting pay at $21/hr for Waterproofer
• Starting pay at $22/hr for Deck Coaters
• Additional $1 per hour for Class C/D Drivers

Qualifications and Skills

• Construction experience/background
• Self-motivated
• Dependable
• Hardworking
• Confident in Waterproofing / Flashing / Deck Coatings and General Contractor job site interactions
• Ability to use technology-based applications and systems.
